At Puremine, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@puremine.com with your order number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank

We do not offer cash refunds outside the original payment method.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
